National Bank again named among the Best Employers in Canada
National Bank is proud to have been named among the Best Employers in Canada, Gold Level. This 12th nomination attests to the sustained commitment of employees and their confidence in the organization.
The Best Employers study measures employee engagement across the country, and is based on an opinion survey of employees and leaders of participating businesses.

The Best Employers in Canada list is compiled every year by Aon Hewitt. This year's study revealed that the main employee engagement drivers at National Bank included the leadership and inspiring vision of managers and senior management, mutual respect between co-workers and the many rewarding career opportunities.
